This 42x15.5-inch panorama is matted in the team's primary color and framed with black composite wood moulding and tempered glass to withstand the rigors of shipping. The photo is printed on heavy art stock paper and has a UV resistant coating to minimize fading. Before framing we mount it to a backer board to eliminate any waviness that could occur with heat and humidity. The fine print under the title reads: This panorama captures some of the atmosphere as Purdue battles Big Ten Conference rival Michigan at Ross-Ade Stadium in West Lafayette, Indiana. Reverberation of "Hail Purdue!" carried throughout the stadium and beyond as the Boilermakers clashed with the Wolverines during Purdue's Homecoming game. The nickname Boilermakers dates to 1891, when a newspaper reporter called the team "the Burly Boiler Makers from Purdue" after its 44-0 victory over Wabash.
